Requirements for Application

1. Scanned copy or photo of recently issued Report Card (in PDF File)

For Grade 7 – upload Grade 6 report card

For Grade 8 – upload Grade 7 report card

For Grade 9 – upload Grade 8 report card

For Grade 10 – upload Grade 9 report card

  • Must show all grades and the general weighted average of the student
  • All pages of the report card must be saved in one PDF file
  • The file must not exceed 5MB

2. ID Picture

  • Must show the full face down to the shoulders of the applicant, properly groomed, and in decent attire
  • With white or any plain, light-colored background
  • Should not contain other people or objects
  • The file must not exceed 5MB

3. Application fee of P500 (inclusive of service fees)

  • Pay via DragonPay.
  • Click the button on the page that says JHS – Application Fee (S.Y. 2024-2025).

4. Active Gmail account

  • No account yet? Create one here.
  • It is preferred to use your First Name and Last Name. Remember your password, as all school communications will be sent to this email.

Guide for Online Registration

1. Apply online by visiting the registration link and selecting HSL-Braille College Inc. in the “Select School”.

2. Fill out the application form using a Gmail account. Ensure your email address and details are accurate and updated.

3. Upload your recently issued report card.

4. Pay the application fee amounting to P500.00.

5. Wait for the confirmation email in your Gmail account. Evaluation usually takes 1–2 working days.
